Local Law 196 of 2017 states that construction supervisors must complete 62 hours of approved site safety training to obtain an SST card. The City Department of Buildings (NYC DOB) requires supervisors to take classes to complete the 62 hours to obtain the supervisor SST card.

This package is for workers who have already earned an SST card by completing the OSHA-30, 8-hour fall prevention and 2-hour drug and alcohol courses and are now seeking to complete the requirements for a “supervisor” SST card. 

The course package is designed to meet the training and certification requirements established by the New York City Department of Buildings (NYC DOB). This comprehensive package includes the following courses: 

• 8 Hour Site Safety
• 4 Hour Suported Scaffold
• 2 Hour Pre-task Meetings
• 2 Hour Site Safety Plan
• 2 Hour Toolbox Talks
• 1 Hour  Stairways and Ladders
• 1 Hour Tools hand and power
• 1 Hour Asbestos/Lead Awareness
• 1 Hour Confined Space

Upon completion of this package, you will receive a SITE SAFETY TRAINING SUPERVISOR CARD (SST SUPERVISOR Card).
